Description
So, since Vicky mastered her Telekinesis with Vanessa's help, she has been training this new technique she created. Basically she throws her bladed shield and then she uses her telekinesis to make it a deadly and guided spinning wheel and she can return the shield to her whenever she wants too.I had this idea in mind for quite a while but after seeing Centark 's drawing I realized that I had never drawn it before. This drawing by the way:
