I must say I don't know what I feel more... but I'm sort of infuriated with martina and yet pity her and yet amused by her train of thought and it's all jumbled hahaha

I kind of feel bad for her... I mean this was drilled in her head by probably so many people other than just Howard. Once something gets implanted into the mind it is hard to think of things in any other manner (I know from this first hand sadly). I mean she lived her life for this "dream" and then reality is setting in for her and she has to do what she needs to to make it real, even if it is wrong. She needs a good man in her life that ISN'T Lin. One that will make her feel like the..."queen" she needs to be

that's a very perceptive and understanding comment! That's what I figure - something gets impressed on you so much that you come to see it as your "purpose". The terror you face when it seems you might need to do something else is terrifying.
