Megaman X9 still must be in 16-bit yet have more playable characters and armor pieces in there.
Axl, though not very likable but he can improve as a character even in the nostalgic, regressive art direction.

Care If I use these in a fan game? AXL's abilities will be increased speed all around, a lower jump than X's jump, Rapid Fire, hover ability, and a roll to dodge enemy fire. A-Trans will not be enabled, due to the large ass amount of sprites I'd have to add to AXL's Character. Either way I plan to release an AXL Demo.

I like your sprites. If I forget to give any credit, please tell me, I won't add the credits to demos, Seriously, nobody wants to sit through credit scenes if they have the choice of skipping. Though.. int he finished product I might make a Dr. Light Capsule that lists credits as an end game bonus.

This has got to be the best 16-bit Axl I've ever seen. But sometimes the arm can be too long. Other than that Excellent.

Sir, this has to easily be the most functional Axl sheet on the entire Internet. I DO see one problem (that being, the arm in some of the shooting frames tends to be too long), but it's easily remedied. My hat goes to you. Incredible job, seriously.
Anything I have to do in regards of permissions to use this sheet? (I might never use it, but it'd be so awesome to be able to )

Great job, but the gun may be a little too thick. Just make it one pixel thinner and you should be good to go!
