Here's what some of the weapons for my alternate X5 looked like. Absorbtion ball, feather blade, water typhoon, electric shield, dash tackle, poison spikes, piercing laser and a strong missile.Megaman (c) Capcom

I'm intrigued to hear what you had in mind for a story of an alternate X5. Or would the story be the same?

The story would be a lot different. It would involve something to do with a reploid prison pretending to imprison mavericks but they're not, X and Zero have to fix the prison by taking down the maverick staff and freeing the innocent staff that have been imprisoned....
Yeah, it's not much of a plot, but it's the best attempt I could come up with in five minutes....

But yeah, except Vile was among the incarcerated. There were others like High Max, Double, Dynamo, but they weren't the focus of the story as much.
