I did so: delete the one piece that is not needed. Then I open the second model and delete all parts except those that are needed. Then I leave open the two models at the same time that they were one and use this command - Modify -> Export scene as. mesh.
You can export into a newly created folder. Model normally be saved if the bones of both models will be the same (except for the hair).
I hope I explained properly

Open the first model of Lara.
Open a second model of boots, but does not hide the first model (I hope that the bones you have not removed).
Create an empty folder.
Use: "Modify" -> "Export scene as. mesh" in the newly created folder.
Open the model that exported to the new folder.
