with Sally as an exception, I think that everyone on this page has a connection through Darth Calculus. Sally did cross paths with him, but she got her demonic-ness as an effect of getting bit by a zombie and not being human, the bite affected her differently, and she already had the powers and traits that came with being demon-y when she first met him. If anything, he made it worse or more powerful, but the base of it all started from her own genetics.
Idk much about guppy and the Wolfman (it's been a while since the video), but I'm working under the assumption!
Billy and Gavin have semi-similar powers that could've both come from being test subjects in Calculus' old obsession of not dying, or coming back when he did die. Billy has always been powerful, and in the future, as the toilet toucher (I hate that name so much), he proves to be so much more and has so many other abilities. I'm not sure where those came from, possibly other tests or just straight-up magic, but I think the 'back from the dead thing' is all him, and he was one of the last tests Toast's dad did before he died, most likely execution or something since he was a zombie from his own tests.
I think Gavin was a failed test that was only done out of desperation, the scar is a result of it, and Johnny and Gavin moving to the United States was another side effect- the mother wanting to keep the children safe and away from whatever their dad has become for this goal.
Billy and Gavin share similar abilities, both directly connecting to manipulation of the dead. Billy once brought back a zombie army by using a sacrifice (which I assume just boosted his abilities), who's to say that he couldn't learn to control them like Gavin? Gavin was probably one of the last tests done before Billy, and Billy just got an improved 'serum' or whatever they used.
Maybe in Sally's old dimension, the zombie outbreak was caused by Calculus' experiments, and the reason he was so interested in taking her from that dimension was to see what the runoff effect was, and how it could help his cause in his own dimension and keep issues like this from happening again.
