I myself couldn't do it. And that's for the second time too (didn't overdose her in ep.4). Neither choice is great though.

i was thinking of what Spock said "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few"
now if they shown chloe and max getting people out of the city it would feel better but it looked like everyone died.
it hurt so mush but i had to, max will have the memory of that week with chloe forever

And I thought that people would be prepared and smart and leave the city, but nobody has been shown either alive or dead. And for me episodes 1-3 and a moment with Kate from ep.4 in a hospital were the brightest in this game. Just wishing for less plot holes and loose ends after the ending.
