Kazuma Kiryu with his sworn brother Nishiki were raised by Kazama Shintaro. Kazama very loved both his sons & he only wishes for them only the best. Even knowing that Kazama not wanting them with Yakuza family, they both still respect & loves him.
I guess the same would happens if Kaz were raised only by Kazumi & Jinpachi.
