It's ok to cheat in a game AFTER you have finished it, when you don't have the energy to play it serious and just want to fool around in the game. But before, that's just lame...

Agreed. Cheating after you've finished for fun is fine but before is just stupid. It removes the challange from the game, and then what's the point?

I do really enjoy the "Keys to the City" DLC for Crackdown where they've made the cheats available without any codes and stuff. But also, you ain't able to save your progress

They have cheats on a few games I've played, but you have to unlock them first. I find those ones good too...

Yeah, like the Jak & Daxter games, you have to buy the cheats with Precursor Orbs that you find here and there in the world

Those are the games I was thinking of. I love Jak and Daxter, it was the first adventure game I played when I got my PS2 
I guess taking away the save function does sound logical...

I'm a huge NaughtyDog fan (the creators of J&D) and got all of their Crash Bandicoot games for the PS1 (before the series changed developer) all Jak & Daxter games except the PSP Game Daxter, and are now aiming to get my hands on a cheap PS3 by christmas or so so that I can play trough their Uncharted games

I used to play Crash Bandicoot games a lot when I was younger. I didn't buy them though, just hired. I miss playing them

Speaking of PS3's, my mum's partner Scoty, said that an employee at a game shop told him that if he traded his PS2 + 100 games he could get a PS3 and 3 games for free. Do you think that's a fair deal?

I don't like the new Bandicoot games though, I think that the new developers had ruined the games. The second one is one of my all time favorites among games 
Big or little sister? I thought about it but in the end it was just to much money at the moment. But I tried out Daxter for an hour or so and it was pretty good from what I saw.
There's rumors of a new NaughtyDog developed J&D game but in interviews the lead designer mentionend that the designers right now just wanted to work a little more with the Uncharted franchise because it was fun to design more realistic stuff than "cartoony" but from what I can understand, and with all the rumors, there's a big chance a new game will come out in the future, maybe.
I hope so anyway

I'm not certain if I would take that deal. But if someone is tired of their PS2 and the games they could take it, better than collecting dust. But for me, still no.
Rumors has it that the PS3, and the 360 too for that matter, will drop in price in the autumn because of the new models said to be coming out this fall and next year. Nothing is officialy said right now about these supposed new rumors but they seem to be reliable. Well se in late August about that
