She started out with a lot more anime influence and the working folder was actually called "quick tits anime". She evolved a bit (probably could have scaled her boobs down a bit more, the anime inspiration is still showing
)She did originally have areola and nips but I shopped them out for this version. She's a genital-free monstrosity that looks a bit infected.

I use octane render and photoshop. You can create a painted copy of the piece then turn down the opacity anywhere from about 25-50% and the render will inherit a bit of the painting look. You can also use opacity maps to reduce the effect on areas you don't want it as strong as others.
And you can choose different blend mode for the paint layer too, so there are a lot of options on how to get it to work together.
