Nice work. The glowey lighting is awesome (glowey is totally a word now). If you were getting picky throwing in some darker shading on his utility belt and maybe shaping the bullets would just give it a bit more POW value. Good stuff.

Some tips to keep in mind that may help with future pics:
Try have the yellow highlights not too yellow and try use the light sources a bit more to define the shapes that they're going around. His left calf and where the boot meets it, look a little flat where the yellow highlight is for example. And where the yellow hits the bricks on the chimney to the pics left you could add touchs of light to each brick that get less and less on each brick as it comes toward us.
But overall you're on the right track, keep practicing and dont be afraid to see how other peoples colours are done if you need references.
