A slightly modified version of the states Class to make her more of a Command cruiser, i changed the nacelles to match what is on the Connie and a few other parts in the hull to make her look more like a command and control ship, something an Admiral would need to direct the flow of battle while keeping them self save and with punch.www.facebook.com/larundelwgc
