She could be Snowhite's cousin, or something... the beautiful young noblewoman of the mountains? Or perhaps the IceQueen's daughter herself?... She does look like she's out of a fairytale...
You've got some pretty delicate skin-tones and hair there. Those eyes shock with those dark lashes - in beautiful contrast to the all-around paleness. I think the only thing that somehow bugs me, is the line of the mouth... something feels off... but thats only the nit-picking side of me. Otherwise: another nice picture! Congrats!

The tablets really great for Hair and tiny details but I find that I still prefer using a mouse for colouring, i have more control with it. Thank you for the comment

Its like with me and photoshop cs5(there's free trial, 30 days), I am overwhelmed by it and so when I want to draw something I stick to gimp, ps is good for doodles(cuz I would have to spend half a year learning it).
