I love how, even though the character is facing forward, you always manage to find a different way of executing the image - maybe a tilt of the head, or the lighting - to make emotion come through. You are an amazing artist.

This is such an evocative painting - the unconventional light combines with the character's contemplative expression and the hinted hesitancy... it's like the beginning of a book that I'd love to read more of! Very inspiring work!

Those little flecks of blue crystals (?) really make this picture even better, for me. I don't know why but they are an amazing detail!
