Lately I've just been using thinner + colored lines, softer shading, and reflective lighting... Seems to be working out pretty well for me so far!

Yep, lately I've been trying to push myself more... It's been easier doing so lately because I don't have a super time-consuming comic to work on lol
Also, I actually already did draw Laser with those techniques . Chances of me doing it again however are extremely high because there can never be enough Laser in my gallery.

It could save you a lot of time once you get the models up, cause then you could focus drawing other stuff while having models to make neat pictures with in little time!

I think I like drawing my character just fine, but it would definitely be neat to make animations with those models.
