Here are the finished colors for Booster.

Yep... hes dark Purple and black with a few other gray tones.

Hes not like other racers in that he paints his tones bright and indicative of speed and purposed to catch onlookers optics and gain sponsors.Being one of the best in the sport he doesn't have a need too, but he never fully conformed to the lifestyle to begin with which is another reason Lutrex looks up to him. hes always done his own thing which in itself makes him stand out without having a flashy paint job. Actions speak louder then words in this sport.

This is kinda a separate continuity but This character has existed in my mind for quite some time before the Tales of Titans AU story in wich he plays a slightly similar role.

Lutrex has always been inspired by Sky Racing no matter which continuity/Universe I RPG him in.

The idea was that this "Famous Racer" that Lutrex Idolized for his skills eventually seek to make a deference in society by using his fame to gain support and try to fight against certain injustices in the world only to be silenced for his beliefs and made a martyr...

It was in this way Lutrex would be inspired by him and go to the lengths of changing his own color scheme from original being blue to paint himself in a slightly diff shade of Purple.
Every hero type character needs someone who inspires them and Booster is that mech to Lutrex.

Another Character Design for "Tales of Titans"

Everyone just calles him Booster for short in the story.

Booster has this air of agelessness to him. he doesn't seem to age outwardly in appearance but that has a lot to do with how racers are cared for. They require constant maintenance to their vital systems and their funders provide the up most highest standard of medical care for them to continue racing.

This mech is not just any Racer hes THEE Racer.

Lutrex has looked up to Booster and even idolized him since he was only a youngling as he watched the halo feeds of his races from the towers of Vos. This mech was a skilled racer even before Lutrex was created.

Later on while Lutrex is an adult Booster becomes somewhat of a teacher/Rival to him in the sport but the two are always trying to stay one step ahead of the other regardless.

after all No new upstart is going to win out against this seasoned flier anytime soon. that is of course if he retires first but that's highly doubtful.
