Description
Right so this is for the 6th PD5 competition, just for fun anyways, by cjrodgers. The challenge is to create 3 different looks to attract customers to the store using 2 Shirts, 2 Bottoms, and 1 jacket/coat.My model is Jin, 21, asian, long burgandy hair green eyes.
My apparel items are:
Top 1: Long shift shirt, hankerchief linnen with flower lace applique (from fabric choices) at neckline and hem, fitted at waist seen in outfit 1 and 3.
Top 2: Printed cotton (from fabric choices) top with natural waistline, peplum that falls jsut below belly button, center tiny tiny buttons for decoration only, kimono style sleeves that flutter. Seen in outfit 2
Botton 1: Light weight wool trousers, herringbone weeve. color undecided, with button detail at leg, low rise, as seen in outfit 2
Bottom 2: Full skirt 3 layers, undecided top layer, print or plaid asymetrical center layer, tull underlayer. As seen in outfit 1
Jacket: Center button up lightweight wool jacket, with off set peterpan collar. Contasting material on upper half and on welt pocket.
It\'s not done, will be replaced when finished. I am putting this up for Critique right now though so please be honest. I'm not sold on the 1st look yet , the 2nd to seem so much more.... something, less hot to wear atleast. So Please critique quickly so i can finish this asap.

thanks!!! actually.... i personally felt it was too short... but... in the end i realized it is too fluffy. I kept trying short like you guys mentioned... but it looked too much like the last design and i really wantedd these to be very different. So... the final skirt is very sleek now with no fluffs. This skirt will have to be used later. Thank you so much!!!

I love the pants on number 2! I'd want something like that for myself, esp. if they're made from herrigbone/tweed.
I also love the skirt, and I'd also love to have one in real life.
Can't wait to see this finished.

It's a very pretty group! I think I'd play with the shape of the garments on the third model a bit more though. Especially if you're saying it's the same top from number 1. Maybe place her hand on her hip with the jacket unbuttoned, this would give the illustration more movement and a clearer view of what is underneath!
Otherwise! It's looking great!

All of them are really great! I just think that the first skirt is really long for a trip to Bahamas....and I see 3 bottoms here...o_O However, the execution is fabulous, and if you used the third bottom on the first model it would look really nice. I'm loving the way you draw your models! Can't wait to see color!!!!!!!!!

its only 2 bottoms, the bottom you are seeing in #3 is infact the top from #1 it's a tunic/shift style shirt that was tucked into the skirt, but left out to be alittle risque under the jacket. if that isn't allowed then i will change it.
