im using it right now, realy impressive visual style, nothing too over the top, love the black version,
my only gripe is the start button, would be better if the image was a little bigger and maybe no colour, but thats just my opinion of course

Great release! Awesome, like all SlanXP. It's a bit strange at the beginning compared to SlanXP 2, but there are a few things that I think are really cool: The colored start button, it just looks better.
Active task is better "highlighted" compared to SXP2
The smaller title bar (?) is a lot of cooler.
This Vista like transition looks cool, but makes it a bit harder to create matching skins ^^ (at least for me
But there are a few "bugs" (IMHO) left. As already mentioned, the "all programs" entry in the start menu is cut in german version. Hope you can (im pretty sure you can 
And I also noticed a small highlight issue, too. In the start menu, I only have "My Computer", "Control Panel" and "Run" (though I don't think this issue depends on the items and the amount if items). If I highlight "My Computer", which is on top, the background highlight overlaps the.. let's say "menu design" - I mean this grayish border and the dark gray pixel border, before the background is real gray. Sorry, I can't explain it properly. Anyways, if I highlight "Run", which is the last item, theres still a small gray space before the dark gray/grayish border/box starts. So there's a small missalign / wrong padding at the top? Hope you got what I mean

Hmm. I thought I fixed the "Alle Programme" thing by making the startmenu bigger in this one. But maybe the contentmargins are still a bit off. About the highlight in the menu, I think I know what you mean. I'll see if I can create some fixes.

Today's version fixed the "Alle Programme" thing
Highlight overlay is almost fixed. In fact it is fixed, but the highlight just fits to the border. I think there should be a 2-4 pixel space, too, like it is to the left and to the bottom of the last item.
Still, the main annoyances are fixed, thank you very much for that!

I tried ClearType and now it`s looking even better. Two things though: Could you include a version with a compact startmenu in the next update? The other thing`s the white arrows in the programs menu. T think it`d look a lot nicer if they were black as well.

har kört Slanxp2 ett bra tag nu, och även om jag lider av desktop-damp och måste byta skin var tredje dag, så kommer det enda tillbaka till det här förr eller senare...
Inget att klaga på, smidigt, rent och framförallt hästlängder ifrån vista's bulldozer-gui.

Tack. Finns många shellstyles du kan prova på, om du vet hur man lägger upp mapp-strukturen för dom. SlanXP3 > Shell > NormalColor > shellstyle.dll för default temat (Segoe). Och SlanXP3 > Shell > Tahoma > shellstyle.dll för tahoma temat. Har dock ingen speciell jag kan rekommendera, men sök efter de mest populära stilarna här på deviantart, så kanske du hittar något som passar.

I use this theme for my daily work ... and it's very relaxing for the eyes ...
The only suggestion I would make is to use the grayish as SLANXP2.
