Me and my buddy Tony went to check out a factory right down the street from my house tonight. Most of the snow that we got the past weekend has melted due to rain and a temperature change so this place was first on my list to shoot when the weather was good. We decided to scope it out a little bit tonight to see what we were working with. I can tell you this place is going to be my playground once I get all my equipment (flash, gels, fisheye, etc) and when the weather gets nice, or nicer. I'm getting a fisheye for X-Mas, and my flash is on the way. Now I just need to find a place to buy some gels.I brought my digital just in case I just couldn't resist shooting some things, and of course, I ended up shooting a couple shots. I was using my old really worthless tripod for these shots, needless to say it ended up on the side of the road tonight on the way home.
I think this is one of my favorite shots I've taken in a while. I love the background of this shot, and the all around vibe of the industrial setting.

Ahh this so totally rocks...lighting and olor are absolutely amazing...oooo I love it.... haha and I can take two different things out of it... 1) I'm about to get shot or 2) he has to go pee and I'm interuppting...in which case I'm gonna get shot.

This picture is pretty cool. I like how everything seems to glow from around the person, and the textures of the floor and walls are nice.

I agree with you, you really captured that industrial vibe. I love how the silhouette is illuminated at the edges, and all the shadows make this picture awesome. Great work.
