It's basically like the game. But whoever operates the radio tower does so to lure victims in to certain areas so his master can kill and eat them. His master is kind of like the Goatman, having red eyes and horns. But his master is a female, and is very vicious. He works for her because he doesn't want to be killed himself. I'm still working on it though

This game impressed and scared this shit out of me. No joke. When he asked if I was watching the lake my heart pounded out of my chest and I could of SWORN that I saw a pair of the most evil eyes I've ever seen looking at me. Creeps for days.Β

I was sad because we couldn't really see the creature, just a black shape at the very end of the game. I'm not scared in front of horror games because I love the creatures !

Well it scared me. What REALLY scared me is realizing it can imitate voices. I don't know WHO I am talking to. Then when I thought about it later that loud scream then the radio message meant that I had failed to save the poor bastardΒ despite my promise and I was leading it right to me. I at that point would decide to say " hell to the nope " and wouldve tried to make a run for the car. I doubt I would make it but it beats waiting to become its next meal. Problem wasΒ

It can end in 3 ways i think
You and hiker die from the monster.
You die but the hiker gets away
The hiker dies but you survive.
The trick to getting the " good
ending " is to lure the monster away
from you and lead the hiker to an
abandoned tower he will say " thank
you! "

And the way they added the elk calls to add to the atmospheric isolation and spookiness was a nice touch as well. Even though elk are hardly scary it does make you realize you are on your own tonight.
