It might be because his ring don't allow him to turn into his Divine form.every body pays more attion to the ones who transform to gods.Micchi is the god of Neptune,explaining why his natural eye color is blue,but his Divinity is so locked up he can't transform into his God with out the right ring.Oh noes,I actaully under stand Micchi...Im a fricken stalker :9
