Description You don’t have to lie to me anymore.
My feelings are already hurt to the core.

My heart has won the battle, but lost the war.
I fought hard for our love but now it’s no more.

There’s no more daylight, only darkness.
The love I once had is now a big mess.

Why did I love you so freely?
Why could you not love me?

I would have changed for you!
I could have become someone new.

All I ever wanted was to put a smile on your face.
I just want to comfort you in a warm embrace.

But all I do is annoy and bother you.
And that’s something I never wanted to do.

I’ve tried to love you the best way I can.
But my love was not enough; it was just particles of sand.

My love for you was always true.
But somehow I knew I would never be with you.

Aww thanks...The story behind this poem is...there is this guy that I'm in love with and plus he is my friend. I really care for him but he doesn't love me back and I feel that every time I'm with him I annoy him, and I don't mean to. aw..thanks..yeah i know that one...i fell in love with a guy (more of a small love when i look back on it now)for over 4 years till he moved away and i told him i liked him and he was a big jerk about it..so anyways..yeah i always felt i annoyed him too..but u cant try and be who u arent right?
