Just remember, the more you put yourself down, the more I praise. I like to praise you, but I don't like you putting yourself down all the time. Your so much better than you give yourself credit for.

I don't know... I'm dealing with that question myself. All I can say is that I don't want you to end up like me. I want you to be happy, and putting yourself down all the time will only make you start to believe it, even though it isn't true. I have never lied to you Laura, I wish you wouldn't lie to yourself...

You do every time you call yourself ugly, or stupid. Those aren't true, I know that for a fact. Not opinion, but fact. You are a beautiful girl, smart too, and incredibly talented, you have good friends, and every time you say something negative towards yourself your lying to yourself. It's like a cut every time you do, and after enough cutting you'll leave yourself scarred so bad that you may never recover, I know first hand how bad lying to yourself can hurt you. I don't want that for you. I want you to realize that you are wonderful as you are and could never be anything but the great and wonderful person you are.
