It's Butters!

I love this little dude. It's my first shot at South Park fanart so, yeah...and I did this from scratch using Photoshop. Man, even if it's easy to draw...it was still hard to get him just right and that horrible background...still, I'm happy on how it came out.

Edit: Blah, what's the matter with this? It won't full-view for some reason or another. I tried to fix it and couldn't. Oh well.
