Description
I've seen a few pics online depicting the big G battling Cthulhu. I've always felt for the crossover to work, you need to make Cthulhu look more like he fits in Godzilla's world: make him look a little bit rubbery or make him look like he was designed to battle other giant monsters. If that makes any sense. Which it probably doesn't. In any case, this is my 'kaiju Cthulhu'.Related content

I'm sure Cthulhu's got this.
Godzilla might be the king of monsters, but what is a king to a god?

Gotta love an ancient alien entity that can bend reality to his whim, that's awesome.

Did Lovecraft ever state that Cthulhu can bend reality to his whim? I've read The Call of Cthulhu at least twice in my life and never read anything like that.

Ah, so this idea that Cthulhu can bend reality is probably a load of crap.

As I recall, Cthulhu is nearly at the bottom of the eldritch totem pole. He warred with the Elder Things for a while, according to Lovecraft's story At the Mountains of Madness, and the Elder Things are very mundane creatures. If Cthulhu can control reality, why not simply erase the Elder Things from existence or destroy their entire civilization? Lovecraft almost downplays Cthulhu in his later stories, such as The Dunwich Horror.

In other words, if that was too much for you to understand, your post is crap and you're an illiterate moron who says things without even knowing anything.

This is probably the first time I'd ever seen a match-up where Cthulhu might be outmatched. After all, you never fuck with the king!

Too bad the king got fucked over by Mothra and humanity more than once.
Cthulhu is overrated, especially by people who don't even read Lovecraft's stories, but the same can be said about Godzilla, who needed help and occasionally random deus ex machinas to defeat several monsters.
