Something I thought of when listening to Enigma The Platinum Collection, track: Lost Four. Its not on YouTube
I haven't drawn dancing people in a while.

On top of what everyone else has said, I also love her expression of peaceful joy. You can tell she is fully in the moment!

One thing that leaps out to me immediately in this picture is your choice of costume construction. You see the basic costume design (variation on the bra and a loincloth) is a classic slave/dancing girl get up. However, you deviate from the usual pattern by going with more primitive materials. Instead of chains holding up the loincloth you've got woven braids. Much of the outfit is made of natural materials, which immediately takes me out of the harem environment into a more wilderness setting. For me, the story is immediately about some tribal character dancing, and she's a character I want to know more about.
The sense of movement here is well worth commenting on as well. I've had a lot of pictures made with dancing in it, and I know how difficult it can be to convey movement in a single frame, much less a complex series of moves that goes with dancing. You manage to do it very well here. Her leg is raised, but her whole body is gently sliding into an S-shape, making her body feel like it's in movement and the arm positions compliment it excellently.
This is a top notch piece.

Very pretty. I love how she seems to actually be moving in the picture.
