Another predator sketch. This is actually the first time drawing the predator face correctly. I've always had a problem getting the eyes and the mouth close together, since I'm so used to drawing humans and our eyes and mouth are pretty far a part. I just need to think bull dog when I draw this magnificent ugly species.Related content

since the beginning of 2011 is when I really started getting into them. But I've always liked the predator since i was a little kid. When I first saw one of them while catching a glimpse of the first Predator, my first thought was "Pretty

They're a fascinating species, a truly unique design, but I don't think I ever thought they were "pretty". To each their own, ne? I've liked them since I saw the first movie, and especially since I read the AvP comics.

I would always plan the face out kind of ahead of time. Once I had the basic shape outline of the eyes I'd put a guide circle between them just to plan out where the mouth would start when I would get to it later. Just if you'd like some advice.

A circle or a square depending on if you want to plan out the teeth length as well ^^ Squares can help with their odd little mouth/jaw
