Part 2 of 4 of a string of commissions done as part of a very ... involved 4 Perils piece done by . I commissioned the series to commemorate Samantha getting into the Gamma Team of the 's Thunder Force. So the series involves Sam and her team leader Marcia "Firebird" Tallington, pitted against various forces of the enemies found throughout the Deviant Universe.

Image 2) Sent to investigate still another set of only vague rumors, Samantha and Marcia encounter two of the powerhouses of the organization known as "The Tribals." Like the Legionnaire, the Tribals are very active in the background of the DU, but their presence has been kept thus far to the shadows, pinning their actions on other groups while most of the attention is focused upon the reformation of the Dark Legion, the rise of ARES and the Techno Mongers and far more visible figures. Believe me, Berzerker would prefer things stay nice and quiet, so they're putting the squeeze on the girls to 'convince' them to have a little case of amnesia. Definitely not a good situation, particularly given that the rage-inducing powers that Berzerker possesses will have Samantha thinking less than logically right now.

For the curious, Berzerker was not the first choice for Rampart's backup here. We originally were looking at Sam I Damn, another of my little dirty favorites among the various villains, one of 's characters. Unfortunately, DAZ's got some limitations, and certain characters just don't quite translate well, and there's little bits of him that weren't to our tastes, and can be very demanding of himself to get things as close as possible, so we went with a Tribals-only storyline here. ^.~, I'll snag Sam I Damn storytime another day.
