I like the image overall seen. The form of the Eye has a pretty strong exprecion. the only thing that grabs me out of the picture is the lightgreen area in between the blue of the eye and the small black dot. Probably its just that small pretty hard contrast line that is there while everything else is pretty smooth. Smooth not only ment in the artstile also ment everything else fits nice for me (i'd have made the beak a little bit more of a light green and a bit less of a white itself)
sry i'm not a pretty good artist so also my feedback is perhaps pretty useless^^
