i like the colors and for me everything fits together (everything is on a red base, even the bluish background has a look of a bit red.
the lighening is pretty fine, for me it looks like the light spot (from her poin of view) on the right side of the nose is a bit to far on the right side (i would say the "top of the nose", would be a little bit more to her left side, but can be that i'm missinterprating the light source becouse the light on her right cheek is for me a bit to big too)
but that lightthing i have noticed by far at last i think it doesn't bother the picture at all

The ear  itself is nice, special the "inside" part of it is for me somthing to recognise. not much lines / details or somthing but it looks like you got a "realistic" "elfish" ear. It does not look like a flat thing nor does it look like a big hole. it just looks how it should be.

The only thing that bothers me a bit is the mouth. im think it sould be more effected by her pose (sort of halfprofile), i mean the face is tilted about 40-60° (or even more) but the mouth looks only like 15-25°

But here the most important thing on that art-piece:
The (from her point of view) left eye. It looks just stunning, its easy to loose the whole picture around it just by thinking what she want to say with that glance. --> it feels like she want to say 1000 things.
at the same time the other eye looks like she doesn't even have a soul or is blind on that eye. probably its even that what she's crying about?^^

somthing like: i'm sad about the thing i don't have the ability to feal sadness^^
but i'm drifting away,
rethink the mouth and continue to draw such amazing eye's --> for real, just amazing job you did there.
