Thought I should update this since his other one was ancient!

Theo is seen as extremely odd for his species. Despite being a Fire Type, he is unable to perform any Fire attacks. The reason behind this is currently unknown. The flames that explode from his back only appear in cases of excitement or rage. They cannot be used in battle. Because of this, he trained his Attack stat to make up for the handicap. He is extremely strong. Rumor has it that he even beat a Machamp at arm wrestling. Despite this strength, however, he must be very careful not to over exert himself. If he does, sharp pains begin in his heart which he calls "heart pangs". Not resting in time makes him have trouble breathing and fainting in extreme cases.

Personality wise, he can be Naive and childish at times which has gotten him into trouble more than once. However, he is a very caring Pokémon. He will do anything to keep his friends and family safe even if that means putting himself in danger. He is very open and outgoing except he is conscientious of the large scar on his head. To be be honest, he doesn't even remember how he got it, it was there since he was a Cyndaquil. To hide it, he grew out his hair and occasionally wears a bandana to cover it.
