Another fan art of L from Death Note. I'm addicted to drawing him. But... I'm not so sure it ended up looking much like him ^_^;This one is definitely an experimental piece... it is such a departure from my usual style, but I really learned a lot both drawing and colouring this one. I tried for a slightly more realistic sketch and a more fluid style of painting. I tried not to think or plan too much while painting, rather just see what I end up with. Here is the end result.

It is beautiful! I love the colors. Like Hyura said, it does evoke memories of some L cosplayers I've seen- in a good way. Really. It does look like L, just in a more realistic way... and yet your colors and style make it so ethereal-looking too ^_^ Anyway, yeah.... awesome.

I think it's good to attempt new styles, even if you aren't sure if you like them or not. x3 Becoming a better artist requires experimentation, eh?
I think this is beautiful. I love the style you drew him in because it's unique. He's looks so... feminine and pretty, it reminds me of some L cosplayers. Very nice.<33 I adore the colors and his cheeks/eyes.
