Okay...i had trouble with this one so aplogise...this was the best outcome
And only the girl looks broody really whereas the boy just looks..concerned? Hungry? Who knows.Tell me if you like the style of this one...i'm pretty dubious of the lines and whether people like the darkness and blurry ness of the lines or if you want to see the version with more detail.
EDIT: heres a link to the original version. All i did with this one was adjust the levels slightly so the colours are more true to the original piece. [link]

I think the boy needs to have a few defined lines going down into his body to integrate it...right now it looks a little like his head is just floating. Aside from that though, I really like it!

I'm glad you liked it, it wasn't quite what i had in mind when you first said it but after running through so many different senarios as to why they were brooding i finally gave up and just..drew people trying to look mysterious?
