It's been a while, but I've stuck to my promise that I'm going to update this irregularly XD But it's comin' along! Ahaha.

This is actually a really fascinating process for me, now that I look back on my other pages. This doujinshi was started back in 2008, and it's been 2 years. Throughout it, I can see a change in my drawing techniques and utensils. This time, I drew the sketch in Sketchbook Pro and detailed it on Photoshop with my Wacom Cintiq, so you're actually seeing my true wrist gestures here. LoL, I continue to wonder how my methods shall evolve. I've become much more aware of line depth, and for the first time you'll see lines that are significantly slimmer than usual. I'm still trying to capture gestural strokes, but it's a little difficult with line art. Hopefully the lines are more engaging for you guys like they are to me. I actually felt REALLY REALLY REALLY SAD making this page. Argh, and it's not going to get happier.

But the story is worth telling, so I keep on treading along. : D

This is the story of Sai and his "brother". It will end up being a tear-jerker in the end... just forewarning now. But it's not like I'm really spoiling anything, if you know the canon storyline of Sai's backstory from Shippuden XD;

Man, all the different pages of this doujinshi are different max resolutions, depending on how many details I'm willing to give away I think. haha... I'm making this a little bigger simply because I feel like it : D And the teacher is kinda hot : D
