Hi! I'm a beginning altered book artist... or should I say I've tried many times and lose confidence each one. I'm on my millionth attempt right now, and looking up books that inspire me. These pages are beautiful. They seem simple, yet powerful. Did you use any techniques besides ripping the pages? I hope you don't mind my questions.

Hey, I don't mind your questions thanks for asking. I use many techniques in my books from ripping, to cutting to burning, writing, painting, drawing, collageing etc. I think a lot of times as these books like journals, make what you are thinking about and it becomes a narrative of your life. interesting piece. i like the "who will i become" its really a question people dont ask as often as they should.
