Description
Another depressing subject... the scary rates of species (particularly birds) going extinct. I used a Cuckoo clock as my metaphor. The sad thing is, the British Cuckoo is actually going extinct. Also, all of the carved birds are ones that are extinct: the Passenger Pigeon, Carolina parakeet, an Hawaiian species, and the poster child... the Dodo.Related content
