We leave in a couple of hours for our travels...and I am actually flying with a bunch of Alice stuff in my (extremely mimimal) art box! Ran into an really old copy of Alice from a guy selling books out of boxes at the Washington Square Art Fair Labor Day weekend--$3.25. Yes, $3.25!

The Alice faces morphed as I put them in different situations. It was kind of weird...from watchful, to diffident, to sad...more evident in person than on the scans though.

No, I haven't...but now I will look into it since you mention there is a book with that title. I was thinking more of Grace Slick and the Jefferson Airplane when I titled these.

yeah i thought of jefferson airplane too. but the book is in journal format and its based on the real journal of a girl in the 60's or 70's i believe and her struggle with drugs. its a good book if you like that sort of thing (which i do). its very sobering. also, i just watched alice in wonderland today. woot woot!
