My first impression would be you needed some art therapy but didnt know what to paint. I would assume you do anatomy somewhat which is why this turned out quite excellent. Im not so keen on the backround but the person himself is amazing reminds me of the thinker but red. Anyway your style is unique awesome job keep up the good work.
