Ok, that is actually a really cool shot having focus on the hair and bandages making you see every little detail. Following the bandages with your eye down to the rest of the body, at least I get the impression that the bandages continue beneath the skin. Using a short range of focus (or just a PS tool?) making everything but the face and hair out of focus and then in this unfocused area a piece of jewelry catching your attention.
I'm sort of a sucker for Black and white photography.

There's a risk I've read to much into this, but art is art, in the eyes of the beholder.

Good work anyway.
