My little idea , if John Smith (Human Doctor) ever started a family with Rose Tyler , then I could imagine them having an older son called Jamie who had blue eyes and looks just like his father , and a younger daughter called Susan who had brown hair from her father and looks just like her mother.Also they called their daughter susan after John's grand daughter , and called Jamie after John's old companion.
