How can you be so arrogant in your position?

That's like the demonization of other religions, e.g. Christianity demonizing Pagans ("They're devil-worshippers!"), the Romans demonizing Christians ("They're atheists and cannibals!").

It doesn't help one another until we both are conducted in a civilized debate where we can critically analyze one another's beliefs and lack thereof.

I honestly did not mean to come off arrogant, so I apologize for that. But I will not apologize for standing up for what I believe in and saying what I feel needs to be said.
And yes, you do have valid points. But I don't think religion should be debated.. It just goes nowhere. I try not to argue with people into believing my beliefs, it's silly. All I can hope is that they can experience what I have, and I pray that they will.

Actually, questioning your beliefs is one of the wisest things to do - it keeps you rational, if not dovetailed to keep you from corrupted in critical thinking.

I do question my beliefs, quite often. But by debating I meant like pointing fingers and shouting "YOU'RE WRONG! BELIEVE WHAT I BELIEVE!"
I am not holier than thou, I am friends with people of all walks of life, but I do not let my faith be shaken when people are prosecuting me. Oddly enough, it just makes it stronger.

Oh, that... well that's NOT debating, actually.

That's more or less called an unsubstantiated assertion and a close-minded and bigoted demand.

Debates are usually conducted where they can be civil between two opposing views, etc.
