Description

It seems that Skye really likes her new camera. So much that she couldn't help but record another one of Alice's training sessions. She was glad that the first part came out so well, so she asked her mom if she could take a few more pictures, and... She said yes! That's why, this time, you'll be able to see a more varied workout, with more exercises and with Alice getting bigger than ever.

Along with it, here's the continuation of the previous story.

The workout recording continued.

With each round, Skye became more and more amazed by her mother.

Alice did a series of push-ups (which Skye lost count on), alternating from two hands to one, and then simply her finger.

Then were chin-ups. Alice did near rapid-fire reps up and down, with her chin going clear over the bar. As Skye recorded, her mother's chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and traps seemed to expand. It was so incredible. She was making it look so easy.

The truth was that, for Alice, none of these were easy. Though train and physique made it possible, the term no pain no gain was a true one. But with Skye right in front of her and recording, looking like a superhero for her daughter was a must. That, more than anything, was her drive at the moment.

Next were the barbells.

First was bench press. Alice breathed in and out as she she pressed the barbell up and down. Skye was in awe. Two years ago, her mother needed help to move the couch. And now this?

After a cool down, Alice then did barbell squats.

Then, barbell curls.

Skye jumped up and down clapping: "WHEEEWWW! GO MOM, YOU'RE THE GREATEST, YOU'RE FANTASTIC, YOU'RE THE BEST!!"

Alice blushed and flexed a bicep, which Skye eagerly patted.

After showering, Skye expected her mom to come out dressed. But instead, Alice strutted in a red posing suit and posed for her daughter.

Skye was in awe.

Skye: "Incredible! You're in even better shape than when you won the contest"

Alice gave Skye a big hug.

Alice: "I love you"
