Muscle Mom - The Debut

It seemed incredible, but to date, there weren’t many people who knew the leading lady of this story. Alice Moran, a beautiful blonde woman of thirty years old, had been training hard until she finally achieved the body she had desired so much. And most importantly, tomorrow was the day when she will show everyone the fruits of her labor, and what better way to do it than with a bodybuilding contest.

The truth is that Alice was very lucky, since that competition was to be held at the same town where she lived, so she decided to take the opportunity and sign up. Although she didn’t only do it on her own initiative, but also because it was a proposition from her friend Carol, the same who encouraged her to train and even to go to the same gym together.

Our leading lady couldn’t help but feel a little nervous thinking about what could happen tomorrow. Therefore, taking advantage that she was alone at home, she decided to do something to relax and get an idea of how they would see her at the contest. Her idea consisted in trying on different outfits and choose which she would wear the next day. By what she had seen so far, she was sure that the other competitors would go in swimsuit, so she took out the ones she had in the closet and put them on the bed, in order to try them on.

Besides looking in the mirror, Alice had another idea as well. Since she couldn’t judge herself, she thought that somebody else could watch her and have a second opinion that way. Her friend Carol was busy and she didn’t want to bother her, so she decided to ask the ones closest to her: her children. For the ones who didn’t know, Alice was a single mother and she had two kids, a thirteen years old daughter called Skye and a six years old son called Justin. Maybe none of them have reached the age of majority, but they were very sincere and loved her mother a lot, so they were the most appropriate ones to be the spontaneous judges.

The initial idea was that her children watched her, but she didn’t want to show off too much. Her intention was to save the best for the contest and surprise everybody, so she decided to start with one-piece swimsuits. In this way, she would cover her body more and could reserve her bikini for later.

The first swimsuit that Alice put on was one of her favorites, a black one with pink palms pattern, which she used to wear when she went to the pool. She put it on, and she remained standing in front of the mirror in her room to see how she looked. She never wore it with her current body, so she was surprised when she looked at herself. It seemed incredible, but despite being bigger and more muscular than before, the swimsuit still looked good on her, just a little tight. She felt how her big shoulders pulled it up, making the lower part to tense and get through the crotch. This, besides being a little uncomfortable, made her show her private parts too much, so she finally decided that it wasn’t the most appropriate for the house public.

“I can’t let the kids see me like this, how embarrassing…” said Alice while looking at herself in the mirror.

After ruling out the first swimsuit, our leading lady took it off and put it in the closet. Then, she grabbed another one from the bed and put it on. It was a pink and black one this time, similar to the previous one but without pattern. The good thing about this one was that it had a zipper on the front, which allowed to adjust it to make it more comfortable. Taking into account that her size had increased considerably, she had no choice but to unzip it as much as possible, although this would mean showing off more of her upper body, but not lower, which was what she cared about.

Once she put it on, Alice turned around and moved to look in the mirror. But right when she was going to do it, she heard how somebody opened the main door, getting an idea of who it was. At that time, it could only be her children, who came back from school. Our leading lady would’ve wanted to try any of the other swimsuits that she had prepared, but unfortunately, she ran out of time. The one she was wearing would have to do it.

“Mom, we’re home!” shouted the kids from the door.

“I’m coming! Please, wait for me in the living room!” exclaimed Alice from her room.

Her children already knew what her mother was going to do, so as soon as they heard that, they left their bags and sat on the sofa, waiting in anxiety. Knowing this, and without time to lose, Alice came out of her room and went to the living room. Once there, she walked slowly from the entrance until standing in front of the sofa, from where the kids were observing her.

“Be honest. How do I look?” asked Alice while stretching her muscular body.

“You look amazing, mom!” both answered at the same time while looking at her with attention.

Our leading lady was very happy to hear that. Her children had followed her muscular development closely, but even so, they were impressed by how big she was every time they looked at her. But they have seen nothing yet.

Alice didn’t want to stop there, so she decided to pose a little bit in front of her kids to practice. She started with something simple, flexing the left arm up and the right one down. In doing so, her left bicep got bigger, and a vein appeared on her right bicep, which almost reached her wrist.

“We can tell that you’ve been lifting weights today, mom!” exclaimed Justin with joy.

“You got me there, hehe…” said Alice while laughing.

Maybe the kid was young, but he was very observant and he used to be right about what he said, just like this time. Nonetheless, Alice not only had some wonderful arms, the rest of her muscular body was admirable as well. She wanted her children to realize about it, so without stopping flexing her arms, she did the same with her legs.

Not that Alice was very tall. She was about 1.65 m, but she was huge for her children, both in height and width. Therefore, when she flexed her legs, they noticed the latter more than anything, which wasn’t little. A pair of big and muscular thighs, which were perfectly visible thanks to the swimsuit, appeared and left the kids breathless. Not only that, but the light in the living room made them look even better.

“So what now? You think I have a chance tomorrow?” asked Alice while flexing her muscular legs.

“Yay! Mom’s gonna win, that’s for sure!” answered Justin with joy.

When she saw her kids so happy, our leading lady couldn’t help but express her own happiness. Without ceasing to flex her arms and legs, she gave them a beautiful smile, which made them excite even more, especially the girl.

“When I grow up I want to be like you, mom” said Skye with a smile.

“That sounds great, but first you have to study a lot to keep mom happy. Now be a good girl and help your brother with his homework, will you?” said Alice while crouching to the height of the kids.

Both were having a good time watching her mother pose in front of them, but they were very obedient and did what Alice said without complaining. They got up from the sofa, grabbed their bags and went running to Justin’s room. While doing so, our leading lady was observing them from the living room, watching how they walked away down the corridor. Then, she had another idea in mind.

“They’ll be busy for a while. Maybe I should take advantage and try on the other swimsuits…” thought Alice.

Our leading lady was sure that her children were very proud of her, and the feeling was mutual. But even so, she was sure that they would be even more proud from tomorrow, and not only them, but the rest of the world as well.

Pump Room

Knowing the event that lay ahead, the logical thing would’ve been to think that Alice was nervous, even that she wouldn’t have been able to sleep well. But it was quite the contrary because, following the advice of one of her gym partners, she decided not to think about it during the night. Thanks to this, our leading lady felt relaxed, which would be good in view of the contest, no doubt. Or at least for the moment, because when she arrived at the pump room, she saw something that surprised her.

Upon entry, Alice was able to see many muscular women, all of them working out and getting ready for the contest. It’s true that she already saw people like that at the gym, but never so many and so prepared, since she could clearly see how developed their physiques were. Besides, there were also women of different nationalities, so Alice didn’t know any of them. But lucky for her, there was someone she knew among all those people, who didn’t hesitate to call her as soon as she saw her.

“Alice, over here!” yelled a woman from the other side of the room.

When she heard that, our leading lady walked towards the voice that was calling her. It was a familiar voice, and she was very happy when she saw where it was coming from.

“Carol, so nice to see you! What are you doing here? I didn’t know you were going to compete” asked Alice.

“You looked so excited every time you talked about competing that I finally decided to sign up at the last moment. Surprise!” answered Carol with a smile.

Although our leading lady would have to compete against her friend, she got very excited when she saw her as well. After all, if she made it this far was thanks to her, since Carol was the one who encouraged her to go to the gym in the first place. Both gave each other a strong hug, and then, her friend realized how much progress she had made.

“Well, look at you! It’s obvious that you’ve been training hard, I wish I was so prepared” said Carol while looking at Alice up and down.

“Not at all! I just worked out a little bit more, and besides, you don’t look so bad yourself” said Alice while doing the same with Carol.

Our leading lady was ashamed to admit it, but her friend was right. Both looked great, but when they saw each other closely, the size different between them was evident. Alice’s muscles were bigger, although Carol’s were more ripped, probably because she had been training recently. That fact was clear when she saw what she had next to her: a weight support.

“I have an idea! Let’s train a bit together, that’s why we’re here after all” said Carol while holding a weight with her hand.

“Seriously? I mean, that’s fine, but didn’t you work out already before I arrived?” asked Alice.

“No problem! The more we work out the better, or maybe you’re afraid that I beat you?” asked Carol, trying her friend to fall for it.

The intention of Alice was to win the contest, but after taking a look at her friend, she wasn’t so sure about it. Although, no matter how friendly they were, that wasn’t going to affect her and make her give up. Besides, it didn’t matter which one of the two won, since they were sure that the other one would be very happy about it, and the victory would be for the gym in the end anyway.

Our leading lady nodded her head to Carol’s request, and the latter grabbed one of the weights that were on the support. She gave it to her by putting it in her hand, but right when she was going to take a second weight for her, she heard how her phone was ringing. She didn’t know who it could be at that time, since she didn’t expect any calls, but she knew that she had to take it, so she apologized to Alice and headed towards her bag, where she was keeping it.

While she observed Carol talking on the phone, our leading lady was left standing alone next to the support. She still had the weight in her hand, so she decided to use it to make time.

“She’s already been working out before, so I guess that doing the same wouldn’t harm me” thought Alice while holding the dumbbell.

It seemed that Carol’s conversation was going to take a while, so without beating around the bush, our leading lady began to lift the dumbbell slowly. She did it many times, first whit one hand and then with the other, an exercise that she already did many times before. It was a nice feeling, but after a while, she realized that her muscular body wanted even more, so she decided to grab another dumbbell and lift both at the same time. If the sensation of lifting one was nice, lifting two was the most pleasurable.

“One, two… One, two…” said Alice while moving the weights up and down.

Our leading lady was so focused with her training that she didn’t notice a small detail. For this contest, she finally decided to wear a black bikini that she had for a long time, which looked wonderful on her. Or that’s what seemed at first, because just like the other swimsuits, this one was a bit tight for her, maybe too much. In fact, after lifting the weights a few times, her upper muscles got a little bigger, causing the string to tighten without being able to hold anymore. Alice didn’t see it until it was too late, but at least she was lucky that the bikini didn’t fly away, which didn’t mean that she wasn’t going to worry about it.

“Ah! This is the only bikini I got. What I’m supposed to do now!?” wondered Alice while looking sideways.

It’s obvious that our leading lady had a big problem: she couldn’t go around without a bikini, and even less compete, so she had to do something. On one hand, she was surrounded by people, so she had to stay calm so nobody would notice, but on the other hand, she had to move, and fast.

Taking advantage that nobody was looking at her, the first thing she thought was to ask Carol for help, but the latter was so busy talking on the phone that she wasn’t even paying attention to her. Alice knew how her friend was: as long as she was like that, there was no way that she would leave it for something else, no matter how urgent it was.

Given the many givens, there was only one thing that Alice could do: get out of there and try to find a solution. Then, and while nobody in the room was looking at her, she tried to hold the string of the bikini with one hand and started walking among the other contestants. This was quite difficult for her, since her muscular arm and her broad back prevented it, but at least she was lucky to be able to hold out until she arrived at the hall. Now she just had to find a place where there was some appropriate clothing for the competition, so she decided to look in the most obvious place: the dressing room.

There was another problem now. Alice was able to make her way to the pump room because she was helped at the reception, but she didn’t know the rest of the compound and she couldn’t go back to the entrance to ask in that state. She couldn’t remain still either, so she decided to walk down the hall slowly to see if she could find the dressing room. She couldn’t, but she found something else instead, or better said, somebody else who was going to help her, although in a way that she didn’t expect.

Our leading lady stood still and waited to see what happened next. Meanwhile, she realized that the person who was approaching her was a man, who she observed carefully. There was nothing remarkable about him, so she noticed mainly two things: the man walked with his hands behind his back and was wearing an elegant pink shirt. When she saw his face, she also noticed that he wasn’t anyone that she knew, he didn’t even seem from there. At first, Alice thought that he was lost too, but she changed her mind as soon as he stopped in front of her.

“I heard about a new competitor that was coming today, but I never imagined that I would meet Alice Moran herself” said the man in the pink shirt.

“Wait, you… How do you know my name? I don’t think we’ve met before…” asked Alice, intrigued.

“My duty is to know it, Miss Moran. But your face tells me that you have more serious problems to worry about right now” answered the man while pointing at Alice’s muscular chest.

Our leading lady didn’t want to admit it, but the man was right. Her bikini was broken, and she had no way to fix it, but that wasn’t the most striking thing about it. When she heard that, Alice realized something: how did that man know about her mishap with the bikini? He didn’t see her from the back, at least to her knowledge. Maybe the hand on her back gave him a clue, but since she was in a hurry, she decided to get right to the point and ask him for help with the problem.

“The thing is that I was looking for the dressing room. You don’t know where it is, by any chance?” asked Alice.

“It seems that today is your lucky day, since I was heading there myself as well. My intention was to give this to one of the contestants, but I’ve just been informed that she won’t need it anymore, so I think it will be of more use to you. If you accept it, you’ll be doing me a great favor” answered the man in the pink shirt.

As soon as she said that, the man moved the hands that he had behind his back and put them in front of Alice. In doing so, she could see that he was holding something, which he gave to her. She extended it, and then she clearly saw what it was: a golden colored bikini, new and shiny. It was exactly what she needed, and it arrived at the right time, like a godsend.

“I’m sure that you can’t wait to see how it looks on you. Go on, try it on” said the man in the pink shirt.

“What? Right here, with you in front of me? You must be kidding…” said Alice, startled.

“We are alone in the hall, and besides, you wouldn’t be the first muscle woman that I see naked. But well, if you insist, I won’t look until you get changed” said the man while turning around.

Since there was no indication that the man was going to leave, Alice finally decided to do what he said. She didn’t have much choice either, since she couldn’t walk aimlessly without knowing where to go, so that seemed to be the best option. She waited for the man to turn around, she took off the torn bikini and she put on the new one. When she finished, she told him that he could look, and then he did something that she didn’t expect. He looked at her up and down and gave her his personal opinion.

“Great work, Alice. The moment I saw you, I already imagined that the bikini would look good on you, since its golden color matches your blonde hair. Besides, it fits your physique wonderfully. It’s obvious that you’ve been training hard, well done” said the man in detail.

“Oh! Well, thank you, hehe…” said Alice while smiling and flexing her muscular arm.

Maybe our leading lady didn’t know well who that man was, but was very clear about one thing: he was very observant, and she could tell that he liked to help. She wanted to thank him for his help, but it seems that the man was in a bit of a hurry, since he was about to go out the way he came in.

“Wait! You still didn’t tell me who you are” shouted Alice without moving from where she was.

“Me? No one important, Miss Moran. You should only know that today I was invited to be a judge in this competition, but nothing else” said the man in the pink shirt.

“Hold it… But you helped me before starting, is that legal?” asked Alice while lowering her muscular shoulders.

“Considering that we are alone right now and that neither you nor I are going to tell anyone, I would say that there’s no problem at all, don’t you think? Good luck, Alice” answered the man with a smile.

As soon as he said that, the man in the pink shirt turned around and left, probably heading towards his judge bench in the contest. What just happened left Alice a little stunned, but it also reminded her that she had things to do. She had to come back to the pump room as quickly as possible, since her friend Carol would surely be waiting for her.

With her new bikini on and the torn one in her hand, Alice returned to the pump room. When she arrived, she headed towards the end of it and saw that Carol was still there. It seems that she already finished talking on the phone, and what’s more, she was waiting for her impatiently.

“Where have you been? And where did you get that bikini? You look great!” asked Carol, intrigued.

“You won’t believe what happened to me…” answered Alice.

“Ah! I also have something to tell you. You can’t imagine who called me…” said Carol, excited.

But right when they were about to tell their respective stories to each other, the megaphone of the building sounded at full volume. Then they knew that the moment they were waiting for had arrived, not only them, but everyone there.

“Attention, attention. All the participants, please head towards the back of the stage. The competition will begin shortly” said a female voice through the speakers.

There was no time to lose, so both girls left what they were doing and quickly moved towards where that voice told them. In fact, Carol was so excited that she couldn’t help but grab Alice by the arm to make her follow her.

“Come on, let’s go! Don’t just stand there” said Carol while pulling Alice’s arm.

“I’m coming, I’m coming…” said Alice while going after Carol.

The great moment was about to arrive, and both knew it. They worked a lot to get there, and even if there could only be one winner, they were eager to know who it would be. They expected it to be one of them, although it wouldn’t be easy, as they were about to see.

Stage

Just like the voice said by megaphone, the girls waited behind the stage. On one hand, they were eager for her turn to arrive, but on the other hand, they looked nervous too, especially our leading lady. The truth is that they didn’t have to wait much, but each minute seemed like an eternity. Being surrounded by other people just like them made Alice wonder if she was really prepared, and since Carol thought that she did, she decided to do something to calm her down.

“Hey Alice, look at me. We’re all the same, so don’t worry so much. Remember all we practiced at the gym and everything will be all right” said Carol while holding Alice’s hands.

After that, our leading lady was feeling a little better. Now she was a bit more calm, although it didn’t last long, since suddenly, her turn arrived. Taking advantage that Carol was holding her, she took her to almost the stage door and practically pushed her towards it.

Once at the top, Alice turned her head and looked down. Carol was looking at her from there, and in doing so, she smiled while winking at her, to encourage her. She surely did, so with no time to spare, our leading lady began to walk and showed up on the stage.

Alice got in position and got ready to make herself known to the world. Before starting her demonstration, she remained standing for a moment to observe what she had in front of her. She was able to see many people in the audience, but who caught her attention the most were her two children, Skye and Justin, both sitting in the front row to cheer her mother up. When she looked at the judges’ table, she saw that the man in the pink shirt was there, who stared at her, waiting to see what she could do. But then, when she looked at the other side of the stage, she saw that there was someone who was also looking at her, a man that she knew very well.

“Wait, is that… Lou!? Ah! I didn’t know he was coming…” thought Alice while blushing.

There probably weren’t many who hadn’t heard about that man, but the truth is that he was quite known. Lou Molino, three-time winner of the Mr. Ultima bodybuilding championship, went to the same gym as our leading lady. During the time they spent together, they developed a close friendly relationship, some would say that even more. Both had similar tastes and Alice admired him a lot, so she got pretty nervous when she saw him there. She thought that if she messed up, maybe Lou would be disappointed, but on the other hand, she saw the moment as an opportunity. It was time to show the world what she was worth, and that included him as well.

Finally, and knowing that everyone was waiting for her, Alice stood and looked at the public. Remembering the poses that she had been practicing at the gym, she decided to start with something simple and go up from there. She stretched both her arms and legs, relaxed her body as much as she could, and the show began.

The first thing Alice did was turning on her side, looking at her left. Then, she grabbed her right wrist with the other hand and flexed her muscular arm, making this to get ripped. Her biceps got bigger, and although the people was a bit far, all of them could clearly see the veins that appeared on it.

Once she did that, our leading lady turned and did the same but looking at her right, so the audience could see her form another angle. When she did it, she couldn’t help but look at Lou, who was behind the stage observing her. This made her a little nervous, but since he wanted to see her calm, the man winked at her and did the victory pose with his hand. It seems that he made it, since Alice answered him with another wink and a smile.

The public didn’t know that Lou was behind the curtain, so they thought that smile was for them, which made them all excited and gave her a standing ovation. Alice, taking advantage of the situation, decided to use this fact in her favor while she was posing for the people, so without wasting time, she continued with the routine that she had prepared.

After flexing both arms forward, Alice did the same but backwards, showing off her big and ripped triceps. She showed them from various angles, just like the rest of her muscular arms. Seeing that, it was clear that our leading lady liked lifting weights, and in fact, it was one of the favorite parts of her training. But if her arms were great, the rest of her muscular body was really something, just like everybody was about to witness.

Since she started with her upper body, Alice thought that the best would be to work her way down from there. Therefore, she put both hands under the upper part of her bikini and showed her belly to the audience. In doing so, they were able to appreciate our leading lady’s wonderful abs: a six-pack, which looked incredibly well in the glow of the spotlight. But that is not all, since right after, Alice did something that left everyone impressed. She flexed her abs, and she didn’t only make them look more ripped, but they also went from being a six to an eight-pack, which was even more incredible.

With the latter, our leading lady managed to catch the people’s attention completely, but she wasn’t going to stop there for that reason. She still had a lot to show off, such as her pretty and muscular legs. For that, she decided to do the same as with her arms: first showing one and then the other. She started with her right leg, moving her feet forward so everybody could see it and flexing it in the process, making her big thighs to get ripped and even bigger. Then, she did the same with her left leg, to finally join both and flex them at the same time, which made both thighs become huge.

The show was not over yet, but the public was so happy that they couldn’t help but applaud our leading lady. But they only saw half her body, since they still didn’t know how she was from behind. Then, knowing that the people wanted more, Alice turned around and put her back in their sight. She stretched both her arms and legs as much as she could, and once she relaxed her body, she stretched her arms forward. In doing so, the people was able to see the big and muscular back of our leading lady, which got even more ripped when she flexed her arms. A back full of pretty curves, which she hoped that it wouldn’t break the bikini string like happened before.

“Please, don’t fail me know…” thought Alice, a little nervous.

When she finished showing off her back, our leading lady started flexing her lower body. First, her butt, which stood out for being muscular and well-trained, apart from the nice golden bikini that she was wearing. Then, her thighs, which looked as good from behind as from the front, big and shredded. And finally, her calves, which seemed to be rock hard just by looking at them.

Our leading lady was turned away, so she couldn’t see the reactions of the public while showing off from that angle. Although there was no need to do that either, since she was hearing their shouts and knew that she was doing a great job. But her time on the stage was ending, she had to give way to the other participants. She didn’t know if the rest would be able to reach her level, but just in case, she decided to finish her performance in style.

After many minutes posing on the stage, Alice knew that it was the time to give the best of herself. To complete her demonstration, she decided to do three different poses, all of them from the front and looking at the audience, so she could see how they reacted that way. The first thing she did was flex her muscular arms, putting them on both sides of her waist, and performing a lat spread pose, which caused her chest to get bigger, including her pecs. She held out like that for a few seconds, and then she flexed her arms again to perform a double biceps pose, showing off how big and wonderful they were. This caused the man in the pink shirt to look at her with his eyes wide, moment in which she knew that she earned a good score from him.

Finally, and after holing out a little while longer with her arms flexed upwards, Alice flexed them down with all her strength, performing the most muscular pose. This made every single one of the muscles in her body to get bigger and shredded like never before, even appearing more veins in the process. At that moment, and to the surprise of Alice herself, all the attendants stood up from their seats and began to applaud her. She looked great, stunning and beautiful, and she was sure that her two children, applauding her from the front row, thought the same thing.

The afternoon wore on, and after many rounds, all the participants finished their respective demonstrations. This included Alice’s friend, who as you can imagine, made it to the final… along with her. Both were proud that the other one made it that far, and while they were stood waiting on the stage, they couldn’t stop looking and smiling at each other. After deliberating for a while, and still with the nerve in their muscular bodies, the judges made their decision.

“And the winner is… Alice Moran!” said a female voice through the speakers on the stage.

When she heard that, our leading lady couldn’t help but putting the hands on her face. She wanted to cry of joy, and her legs even trembled for a moment, but then Carol, who was right next to her, jumped on her and hugged her with all her might. Her friend sure was happy, it almost looked like she was the winner.

If that wasn’t enough, Alice got a second surprise, since as soon as they announced that she was the champion, Lou appeared from behind the stage and approached her to give her the prize: a huge check, accompanied by a golden statuette and a medal of the same value, which he put around our leading lady’s neck. Lou was a very tall man, so Alice didn’t even need to crouch for it.

Apart from all that, there was still the most important award, something that couldn’t be paid with money. Suddenly, Alice saw how her two kids came out on stage to congratulate her, thing that made her even happier than any cash prize. They approached her mother, and the latter gave them a strong and warm hug.

“You were amazing, mom!” exclaimed Skye, visibly excited.

“You see, mom? I was sure you were going to win. You’re the best!” exclaimed Justin with joy.

“We’re very proud of you, Alice” said Carol while putting her hands on her friend’s muscular shoulders.

“Well… You got the second place, so you didn’t do too bad either…” said Alice while looking at Carol with a smile.

“You’re right, both of you did great. In that case, how about if I invite you two to dinner to celebrate? The kids can come if they want to” asked Lou while looking at Alice’s children.

“Yay! I’ll eat a lot to become strong like mom and compete like her someday” answered Skye while flexing her tiny arms.

“That’s the spirit, girl” said Lou while stroking Skye’s hair.

Now that the competition was over, it was time for everyone to leave the stage and enjoy a well-deserved dinner. But before that Lou, who already had a lot of experience when it came to win bodybuilding contests, asked the girls to stay on the stage a little while and pose for the public. Carol decided to flex her arm the same way Carol did when she started her demonstration, looking at her in this case. “What a beautiful scene! I have to write about this, no doubt” said the man in the pink shirt while applauding.

To finish the show and honor her gym partners, Lou stood behind the girls and performed an impressive double biceps pose. The size of the man was considerably bigger than Alice and Carol, and his arms were in proportion. In fact, when he flexed them, they got so big that his shirt couldn’t resist and it ripped behind, causing her huge back to be exposed.

“That noise I just heard wasn’t the fabric of your shirt ripping off, right?” asked Alice while looking at Lou from behind.

“Uhm… Girls, would you be so kind to cover me while I head towards the locker room?” asked Lou while blushing.

And so, enjoying her moment of glory and with some impediment on the way, Alice and her friends went to celebrate their recent victory. Little by little, they left the stage, glad by what they achieved and knowing that they did their best. One thing was clear: this competition had been helpful for Alice and Carol to show how far they could go, and they also realized that they were closer than ever now. It didn’t matter that they were friends, compete had become their passion, and they really wanted the next time to arrive so they could repeat such a wonderful experience.

Muscle Mom - The Debut

It seemed incredible, but to date, there weren’t many people who knew the leading lady of this story. Alice Moran, a beautiful blonde woman of thirty years old, had been training hard until she finally achieved the body she had desired so much. And most importantly, tomorrow was the day when she will show everyone the fruits of her labor, and what better way to do it than with a bodybuilding contest.

The truth is that Alice was very lucky, since that competition was to be held at the same town where she lived, so she decided to take the opportunity and sign up. Although she didn’t only do it on her own initiative, but also because it was a proposition from her friend Carol, the same who encouraged her to train and even to go to the same gym together.

Our leading lady couldn’t help but feel a little nervous thinking about what could happen tomorrow. Therefore, taking advantage that she was alone at home, she decided to do something to relax and get an idea of how they would see her at the contest. Her idea consisted in trying on different outfits and choose which she would wear the next day. By what she had seen so far, she was sure that the other competitors would go in swimsuit, so she took out the ones she had in the closet and put them on the bed, in order to try them on.

Besides looking in the mirror, Alice had another idea as well. Since she couldn’t judge herself, she thought that somebody else could watch her and have a second opinion that way. Her friend Carol was busy and she didn’t want to bother her, so she decided to ask the ones closest to her: her children. For the ones who didn’t know, Alice was a single mother and she had two kids, a thirteen years old daughter called Skye and a six years old son called Justin. Maybe none of them have reached the age of majority, but they were very sincere and loved her mother a lot, so they were the most appropriate ones to be the spontaneous judges.

The initial idea was that her children watched her, but she didn’t want to show off too much. Her intention was to save the best for the contest and surprise everybody, so she decided to start with one-piece swimsuits. In this way, she would cover her body more and could reserve her bikini for later.

The first swimsuit that Alice put on was one of her favorites, a black one with pink palms pattern, which she used to wear when she went to the pool. She put it on, and she remained standing in front of the mirror in her room to see how she looked. She never wore it with her current body, so she was surprised when she looked at herself. It seemed incredible, but despite being bigger and more muscular than before, the swimsuit still looked good on her, just a little tight. She felt how her big shoulders pulled it up, making the lower part to tense and get through the crotch. This, besides being a little uncomfortable, made her show her private parts too much, so she finally decided that it wasn’t the most appropriate for the house public.

“I can’t let the kids see me like this, how embarrassing…” said Alice while looking at herself in the mirror.

After ruling out the first swimsuit, our leading lady took it off and put it in the closet. Then, she grabbed another one from the bed and put it on. It was a pink and black one this time, similar to the previous one but without pattern. The good thing about this one was that it had a zipper on the front, which allowed to adjust it to make it more comfortable. Taking into account that her size had increased considerably, she had no choice but to unzip it as much as possible, although this would mean showing off more of her upper body, but not lower, which was what she cared about.

Once she put it on, Alice turned around and moved to look in the mirror. But right when she was going to do it, she heard how somebody opened the main door, getting an idea of who it was. At that time, it could only be her children, who came back from school. Our leading lady would’ve wanted to try any of the other swimsuits that she had prepared, but unfortunately, she ran out of time. The one she was wearing would have to do it.

“Mom, we’re home!” shouted the kids from the door.

“I’m coming! Please, wait for me in the living room!” exclaimed Alice from her room.

Her children already knew what her mother was going to do, so as soon as they heard that, they left their bags and sat on the sofa, waiting in anxiety. Knowing this, and without time to lose, Alice came out of her room and went to the living room. Once there, she walked slowly from the entrance until standing in front of the sofa, from where the kids were observing her.

“Be honest. How do I look?” asked Alice while stretching her muscular body.

“You look amazing, mom!” both answered at the same time while looking at her with attention.

Our leading lady was very happy to hear that. Her children had followed her muscular development closely, but even so, they were impressed by how big she was every time they looked at her. But they have seen nothing yet.

Alice didn’t want to stop there, so she decided to pose a little bit in front of her kids to practice. She started with something simple, flexing the left arm up and the right one down. In doing so, her left bicep got bigger, and a vein appeared on her right bicep, which almost reached her wrist.

“We can tell that you’ve been lifting weights today, mom!” exclaimed Justin with joy.

“You got me there, hehe…” said Alice while laughing.

Maybe the kid was young, but he was very observant and he used to be right about what he said, just like this time. Nonetheless, Alice not only had some wonderful arms, the rest of her muscular body was admirable as well. She wanted her children to realize about it, so without stopping flexing her arms, she did the same with her legs.

Not that Alice was very tall. She was about 1.65 m, but she was huge for her children, both in height and width. Therefore, when she flexed her legs, they noticed the latter more than anything, which wasn’t little. A pair of big and muscular thighs, which were perfectly visible thanks to the swimsuit, appeared and left the kids breathless. Not only that, but the light in the living room made them look even better.

“So what now? You think I have a chance tomorrow?” asked Alice while flexing her muscular legs.

“Yay! Mom’s gonna win, that’s for sure!” answered Justin with joy.

When she saw her kids so happy, our leading lady couldn’t help but express her own happiness. Without ceasing to flex her arms and legs, she gave them a beautiful smile, which made them excite even more, especially the girl.

“When I grow up I want to be like you, mom” said Skye with a smile.

“That sounds great, but first you have to study a lot to keep mom happy. Now be a good girl and help your brother with his homework, will you?” said Alice while crouching to the height of the kids.

Both were having a good time watching her mother pose in front of them, but they were very obedient and did what Alice said without complaining. They got up from the sofa, grabbed their bags and went running to Justin’s room. While doing so, our leading lady was observing them from the living room, watching how they walked away down the corridor. Then, she had another idea in mind.

“They’ll be busy for a while. Maybe I should take advantage and try on the other swimsuits…” thought Alice.

Our leading lady was sure that her children were very proud of her, and the feeling was mutual. But even so, she was sure that they would be even more proud from tomorrow, and not only them, but the rest of the world as well.

Pump Room

Knowing the event that lay ahead, the logical thing would’ve been to think that Alice was nervous, even that she wouldn’t have been able to sleep well. But it was quite the contrary because, following the advice of one of her gym partners, she decided not to think about it during the night. Thanks to this, our leading lady felt relaxed, which would be good in view of the contest, no doubt. Or at least for the moment, because when she arrived at the pump room, she saw something that surprised her.

Upon entry, Alice was able to see many muscular women, all of them working out and getting ready for the contest. It’s true that she already saw people like that at the gym, but never so many and so prepared, since she could clearly see how developed their physiques were. Besides, there were also women of different nationalities, so Alice didn’t know any of them. But lucky for her, there was someone she knew among all those people, who didn’t hesitate to call her as soon as she saw her.

“Alice, over here!” yelled a woman from the other side of the room.

When she heard that, our leading lady walked towards the voice that was calling her. It was a familiar voice, and she was very happy when she saw where it was coming from.

“Carol, so nice to see you! What are you doing here? I didn’t know you were going to compete” asked Alice.

“You looked so excited every time you talked about competing that I finally decided to sign up at the last moment. Surprise!” answered Carol with a smile.

Although our leading lady would have to compete against her friend, she got very excited when she saw her as well. After all, if she made it this far was thanks to her, since Carol was the one who encouraged her to go to the gym in the first place. Both gave each other a strong hug, and then, her friend realized how much progress she had made.

“Well, look at you! It’s obvious that you’ve been training hard, I wish I was so prepared” said Carol while looking at Alice up and down.

“Not at all! I just worked out a little bit more, and besides, you don’t look so bad yourself” said Alice while doing the same with Carol.

Our leading lady was ashamed to admit it, but her friend was right. Both looked great, but when they saw each other closely, the size different between them was evident. Alice’s muscles were bigger, although Carol’s were more ripped, probably because she had been training recently. That fact was clear when she saw what she had next to her: a weight support.

“I have an idea! Let’s train a bit together, that’s why we’re here after all” said Carol while holding a weight with her hand.

“Seriously? I mean, that’s fine, but didn’t you work out already before I arrived?” asked Alice.

“No problem! The more we work out the better, or maybe you’re afraid that I beat you?” asked Carol, trying her friend to fall for it.

The intention of Alice was to win the contest, but after taking a look at her friend, she wasn’t so sure about it. Although, no matter how friendly they were, that wasn’t going to affect her and make her give up. Besides, it didn’t matter which one of the two won, since they were sure that the other one would be very happy about it, and the victory would be for the gym in the end anyway.

Our leading lady nodded her head to Carol’s request, and the latter grabbed one of the weights that were on the support. She gave it to her by putting it in her hand, but right when she was going to take a second weight for her, she heard how her phone was ringing. She didn’t know who it could be at that time, since she didn’t expect any calls, but she knew that she had to take it, so she apologized to Alice and headed towards her bag, where she was keeping it.

While she observed Carol talking on the phone, our leading lady was left standing alone next to the support. She still had the weight in her hand, so she decided to use it to make time.

“She’s already been working out before, so I guess that doing the same wouldn’t harm me” thought Alice while holding the dumbbell.

It seemed that Carol’s conversation was going to take a while, so without beating around the bush, our leading lady began to lift the dumbbell slowly. She did it many times, first whit one hand and then with the other, an exercise that she already did many times before. It was a nice feeling, but after a while, she realized that her muscular body wanted even more, so she decided to grab another dumbbell and lift both at the same time. If the sensation of lifting one was nice, lifting two was the most pleasurable.

“One, two… One, two…” said Alice while moving the weights up and down.

Our leading lady was so focused with her training that she didn’t notice a small detail. For this contest, she finally decided to wear a black bikini that she had for a long time, which looked wonderful on her. Or that’s what seemed at first, because just like the other swimsuits, this one was a bit tight for her, maybe too much. In fact, after lifting the weights a few times, her upper muscles got a little bigger, causing the string to tighten without being able to hold anymore. Alice didn’t see it until it was too late, but at least she was lucky that the bikini didn’t fly away, which didn’t mean that she wasn’t going to worry about it.

“Ah! This is the only bikini I got. What I’m supposed to do now!?” wondered Alice while looking sideways.

It’s obvious that our leading lady had a big problem: she couldn’t go around without a bikini, and even less compete, so she had to do something. On one hand, she was surrounded by people, so she had to stay calm so nobody would notice, but on the other hand, she had to move, and fast.

Taking advantage that nobody was looking at her, the first thing she thought was to ask Carol for help, but the latter was so busy talking on the phone that she wasn’t even paying attention to her. Alice knew how her friend was: as long as she was like that, there was no way that she would leave it for something else, no matter how urgent it was.

Given the many givens, there was only one thing that Alice could do: get out of there and try to find a solution. Then, and while nobody in the room was looking at her, she tried to hold the string of the bikini with one hand and started walking among the other contestants. This was quite difficult for her, since her muscular arm and her broad back prevented it, but at least she was lucky to be able to hold out until she arrived at the hall. Now she just had to find a place where there was some appropriate clothing for the competition, so she decided to look in the most obvious place: the dressing room.

There was another problem now. Alice was able to make her way to the pump room because she was helped at the reception, but she didn’t know the rest of the compound and she couldn’t go back to the entrance to ask in that state. She couldn’t remain still either, so she decided to walk down the hall slowly to see if she could find the dressing room. She couldn’t, but she found something else instead, or better said, somebody else who was going to help her, although in a way that she didn’t expect.

Our leading lady stood still and waited to see what happened next. Meanwhile, she realized that the person who was approaching her was a man, who she observed carefully. There was nothing remarkable about him, so she noticed mainly two things: the man walked with his hands behind his back and was wearing an elegant pink shirt. When she saw his face, she also noticed that he wasn’t anyone that she knew, he didn’t even seem from there. At first, Alice thought that he was lost too, but she changed her mind as soon as he stopped in front of her.

“I heard about a new competitor that was coming today, but I never imagined that I would meet Alice Moran herself” said the man in the pink shirt.

“Wait, you… How do you know my name? I don’t think we’ve met before…” asked Alice, intrigued.

“My duty is to know it, Miss Moran. But your face tells me that you have more serious problems to worry about right now” answered the man while pointing at Alice’s muscular chest.

Our leading lady didn’t want to admit it, but the man was right. Her bikini was broken, and she had no way to fix it, but that wasn’t the most striking thing about it. When she heard that, Alice realized something: how did that man know about her mishap with the bikini? He didn’t see her from the back, at least to her knowledge. Maybe the hand on her back gave him a clue, but since she was in a hurry, she decided to get right to the point and ask him for help with the problem.

“The thing is that I was looking for the dressing room. You don’t know where it is, by any chance?” asked Alice.

“It seems that today is your lucky day, since I was heading there myself as well. My intention was to give this to one of the contestants, but I’ve just been informed that she won’t need it anymore, so I think it will be of more use to you. If you accept it, you’ll be doing me a great favor” answered the man in the pink shirt.

As soon as she said that, the man moved the hands that he had behind his back and put them in front of Alice. In doing so, she could see that he was holding something, which he gave to her. She extended it, and then she clearly saw what it was: a golden colored bikini, new and shiny. It was exactly what she needed, and it arrived at the right time, like a godsend.

“I’m sure that you can’t wait to see how it looks on you. Go on, try it on” said the man in the pink shirt.

“What? Right here, with you in front of me? You must be kidding…” said Alice, startled.

“We are alone in the hall, and besides, you wouldn’t be the first muscle woman that I see naked. But well, if you insist, I won’t look until you get changed” said the man while turning around.

Since there was no indication that the man was going to leave, Alice finally decided to do what he said. She didn’t have much choice either, since she couldn’t walk aimlessly without knowing where to go, so that seemed to be the best option. She waited for the man to turn around, she took off the torn bikini and she put on the new one. When she finished, she told him that he could look, and then he did something that she didn’t expect. He looked at her up and down and gave her his personal opinion.

“Great work, Alice. The moment I saw you, I already imagined that the bikini would look good on you, since its golden color matches your blonde hair. Besides, it fits your physique wonderfully. It’s obvious that you’ve been training hard, well done” said the man in detail.

“Oh! Well, thank you, hehe…” said Alice while smiling and flexing her muscular arm.

Maybe our leading lady didn’t know well who that man was, but was very clear about one thing: he was very observant, and she could tell that he liked to help. She wanted to thank him for his help, but it seems that the man was in a bit of a hurry, since he was about to go out the way he came in.

“Wait! You still didn’t tell me who you are” shouted Alice without moving from where she was.

“Me? No one important, Miss Moran. You should only know that today I was invited to be a judge in this competition, but nothing else” said the man in the pink shirt.

“Hold it… But you helped me before starting, is that legal?” asked Alice while lowering her muscular shoulders.

“Considering that we are alone right now and that neither you nor I are going to tell anyone, I would say that there’s no problem at all, don’t you think? Good luck, Alice” answered the man with a smile.

As soon as he said that, the man in the pink shirt turned around and left, probably heading towards his judge bench in the contest. What just happened left Alice a little stunned, but it also reminded her that she had things to do. She had to come back to the pump room as quickly as possible, since her friend Carol would surely be waiting for her.

With her new bikini on and the torn one in her hand, Alice returned to the pump room. When she arrived, she headed towards the end of it and saw that Carol was still there. It seems that she already finished talking on the phone, and what’s more, she was waiting for her impatiently.

“Where have you been? And where did you get that bikini? You look great!” asked Carol, intrigued.

“You won’t believe what happened to me…” answered Alice.

“Ah! I also have something to tell you. You can’t imagine who called me…” said Carol, excited.

But right when they were about to tell their respective stories to each other, the megaphone of the building sounded at full volume. Then they knew that the moment they were waiting for had arrived, not only them, but everyone there.

“Attention, attention. All the participants, please head towards the back of the stage. The competition will begin shortly” said a female voice through the speakers.

There was no time to lose, so both girls left what they were doing and quickly moved towards where that voice told them. In fact, Carol was so excited that she couldn’t help but grab Alice by the arm to make her follow her.

“Come on, let’s go! Don’t just stand there” said Carol while pulling Alice’s arm.

“I’m coming, I’m coming…” said Alice while going after Carol.

The great moment was about to arrive, and both knew it. They worked a lot to get there, and even if there could only be one winner, they were eager to know who it would be. They expected it to be one of them, although it wouldn’t be easy, as they were about to see.

Stage

Just like the voice said by megaphone, the girls waited behind the stage. On one hand, they were eager for her turn to arrive, but on the other hand, they looked nervous too, especially our leading lady. The truth is that they didn’t have to wait much, but each minute seemed like an eternity. Being surrounded by other people just like them made Alice wonder if she was really prepared, and since Carol thought that she did, she decided to do something to calm her down.

“Hey Alice, look at me. We’re all the same, so don’t worry so much. Remember all we practiced at the gym and everything will be all right” said Carol while holding Alice’s hands.

After that, our leading lady was feeling a little better. Now she was a bit more calm, although it didn’t last long, since suddenly, her turn arrived. Taking advantage that Carol was holding her, she took her to almost the stage door and practically pushed her towards it.

Once at the top, Alice turned her head and looked down. Carol was looking at her from there, and in doing so, she smiled while winking at her, to encourage her. She surely did, so with no time to spare, our leading lady began to walk and showed up on the stage.

Alice got in position and got ready to make herself known to the world. Before starting her demonstration, she remained standing for a moment to observe what she had in front of her. She was able to see many people in the audience, but who caught her attention the most were her two children, Skye and Justin, both sitting in the front row to cheer her mother up. When she looked at the judges’ table, she saw that the man in the pink shirt was there, who stared at her, waiting to see what she could do. But then, when she looked at the other side of the stage, she saw that there was someone who was also looking at her, a man that she knew very well.

“Wait, is that… Lou!? Ah! I didn’t know he was coming…” thought Alice while blushing.

There probably weren’t many who hadn’t heard about that man, but the truth is that he was quite known. Lou Molino, three-time winner of the Mr. Ultima bodybuilding championship, went to the same gym as our leading lady. During the time they spent together, they developed a close friendly relationship, some would say that even more. Both had similar tastes and Alice admired him a lot, so she got pretty nervous when she saw him there. She thought that if she messed up, maybe Lou would be disappointed, but on the other hand, she saw the moment as an opportunity. It was time to show the world what she was worth, and that included him as well.

Finally, and knowing that everyone was waiting for her, Alice stood and looked at the public. Remembering the poses that she had been practicing at the gym, she decided to start with something simple and go up from there. She stretched both her arms and legs, relaxed her body as much as she could, and the show began.

The first thing Alice did was turning on her side, looking at her left. Then, she grabbed her right wrist with the other hand and flexed her muscular arm, making this to get ripped. Her biceps got bigger, and although the people was a bit far, all of them could clearly see the veins that appeared on it.

Once she did that, our leading lady turned and did the same but looking at her right, so the audience could see her form another angle. When she did it, she couldn’t help but look at Lou, who was behind the stage observing her. This made her a little nervous, but since he wanted to see her calm, the man winked at her and did the victory pose with his hand. It seems that he made it, since Alice answered him with another wink and a smile.

The public didn’t know that Lou was behind the curtain, so they thought that smile was for them, which made them all excited and gave her a standing ovation. Alice, taking advantage of the situation, decided to use this fact in her favor while she was posing for the people, so without wasting time, she continued with the routine that she had prepared.

After flexing both arms forward, Alice did the same but backwards, showing off her big and ripped triceps. She showed them from various angles, just like the rest of her muscular arms. Seeing that, it was clear that our leading lady liked lifting weights, and in fact, it was one of the favorite parts of her training. But if her arms were great, the rest of her muscular body was really something, just like everybody was about to witness.

Since she started with her upper body, Alice thought that the best would be to work her way down from there. Therefore, she put both hands under the upper part of her bikini and showed her belly to the audience. In doing so, they were able to appreciate our leading lady’s wonderful abs: a six-pack, which looked incredibly well in the glow of the spotlight. But that is not all, since right after, Alice did something that left everyone impressed. She flexed her abs, and she didn’t only make them look more ripped, but they also went from being a six to an eight-pack, which was even more incredible.

With the latter, our leading lady managed to catch the people’s attention completely, but she wasn’t going to stop there for that reason. She still had a lot to show off, such as her pretty and muscular legs. For that, she decided to do the same as with her arms: first showing one and then the other. She started with her right leg, moving her feet forward so everybody could see it and flexing it in the process, making her big thighs to get ripped and even bigger. Then, she did the same with her left leg, to finally join both and flex them at the same time, which made both thighs become huge.

The show was not over yet, but the public was so happy that they couldn’t help but applaud our leading lady. But they only saw half her body, since they still didn’t know how she was from behind. Then, knowing that the people wanted more, Alice turned around and put her back in their sight. She stretched both her arms and legs as much as she could, and once she relaxed her body, she stretched her arms forward. In doing so, the people was able to see the big and muscular back of our leading lady, which got even more ripped when she flexed her arms. A back full of pretty curves, which she hoped that it wouldn’t break the bikini string like happened before.

“Please, don’t fail me know…” thought Alice, a little nervous.

When she finished showing off her back, our leading lady started flexing her lower body. First, her butt, which stood out for being muscular and well-trained, apart from the nice golden bikini that she was wearing. Then, her thighs, which looked as good from behind as from the front, big and shredded. And finally, her calves, which seemed to be rock hard just by looking at them.

Our leading lady was turned away, so she couldn’t see the reactions of the public while showing off from that angle. Although there was no need to do that either, since she was hearing their shouts and knew that she was doing a great job. But her time on the stage was ending, she had to give way to the other participants. She didn’t know if the rest would be able to reach her level, but just in case, she decided to finish her performance in style.

After many minutes posing on the stage, Alice knew that it was the time to give the best of herself. To complete her demonstration, she decided to do three different poses, all of them from the front and looking at the audience, so she could see how they reacted that way. The first thing she did was flex her muscular arms, putting them on both sides of her waist, and performing a lat spread pose, which caused her chest to get bigger, including her pecs. She held out like that for a few seconds, and then she flexed her arms again to perform a double biceps pose, showing off how big and wonderful they were. This caused the man in the pink shirt to look at her with his eyes wide, moment in which she knew that she earned a good score from him.

Finally, and after holing out a little while longer with her arms flexed upwards, Alice flexed them down with all her strength, performing the most muscular pose. This made every single one of the muscles in her body to get bigger and shredded like never before, even appearing more veins in the process. At that moment, and to the surprise of Alice herself, all the attendants stood up from their seats and began to applaud her. She looked great, stunning and beautiful, and she was sure that her two children, applauding her from the front row, thought the same thing.

The afternoon wore on, and after many rounds, all the participants finished their respective demonstrations. This included Alice’s friend, who as you can imagine, made it to the final… along with her. Both were proud that the other one made it that far, and while they were stood waiting on the stage, they couldn’t stop looking and smiling at each other. After deliberating for a while, and still with the nerve in their muscular bodies, the judges made their decision.

“And the winner is… Alice Moran!” said a female voice through the speakers on the stage.

When she heard that, our leading lady couldn’t help but putting the hands on her face. She wanted to cry of joy, and her legs even trembled for a moment, but then Carol, who was right next to her, jumped on her and hugged her with all her might. Her friend sure was happy, it almost looked like she was the winner.

If that wasn’t enough, Alice got a second surprise, since as soon as they announced that she was the champion, Lou appeared from behind the stage and approached her to give her the prize: a huge check, accompanied by a golden statuette and a medal of the same value, which he put around our leading lady’s neck. Lou was a very tall man, so Alice didn’t even need to crouch for it.

Apart from all that, there was still the most important award, something that couldn’t be paid with money. Suddenly, Alice saw how her two kids came out on stage to congratulate her, thing that made her even happier than any cash prize. They approached her mother, and the latter gave them a strong and warm hug.

“You were amazing, mom!” exclaimed Skye, visibly excited.

“You see, mom? I was sure you were going to win. You’re the best!” exclaimed Justin with joy.

“We’re very proud of you, Alice” said Carol while putting her hands on her friend’s muscular shoulders.

“Well… You got the second place, so you didn’t do too bad either…” said Alice while looking at Carol with a smile.

“You’re right, both of you did great. In that case, how about if I invite you two to dinner to celebrate? The kids can come if they want to” asked Lou while looking at Alice’s children.

“Yay! I’ll eat a lot to become strong like mom and compete like her someday” answered Skye while flexing her tiny arms.

“That’s the spirit, girl” said Lou while stroking Skye’s hair.

Now that the competition was over, it was time for everyone to leave the stage and enjoy a well-deserved dinner. But before that Lou, who already had a lot of experience when it came to win bodybuilding contests, asked the girls to stay on the stage a little while and pose for the public. Carol decided to flex her arm the same way Carol did when she started her demonstration, looking at her in this case. Our leading lady, for her part, decided not to perform any pose, but she simply limited herself to lifting her two kids and hold them with each of her muscular arms, all this while she smiled, which made a certain person get emotional.

“What a beautiful scene! I have to write about this, no doubt” said the man in the pink shirt while applauding.

To finish the show and honor her gym partners, Lou stood behind the girls and performed an impressive double biceps pose. The size of the man was considerably bigger than Alice and Carol, and his arms were in proportion. In fact, when he flexed them, they got so big that his shirt couldn’t resist and it ripped behind, causing her huge back to be exposed.

“That noise I just heard wasn’t the fabric of your shirt ripping off, right?” asked Alice while looking at Lou from behind.

“Uhm… Girls, would you be so kind to cover me while I head towards the locker room?” asked Lou while blushing.

And so, enjoying her moment of glory and with some impediment on the way, Alice and her friends went to celebrate their recent victory. Little by little, they left the stage, glad by what they achieved and knowing that they did their best. One thing was clear: this competition had been helpful for Alice and Carol to show how far they could go, and they also realized that they were closer than ever now. It didn’t matter that they were friends, compete had become their passion, and they really wanted the next time to arrive so they could repeat such a wonderful experience.
