21st Iteration of site design for FV.Project has been put on hold indefinitely so I thought I'd upload a few mockups from the design stage.

It's not a bad design by any means, but the JPEG artifacts are gruesome.

hmm.. I honestly cannot see what you're talking about. Looks fine to me. What monitor are you using?
High quality jpegs are fine for designs like this.

Never mind, it's a bit better in fullview.
Granted, the radial gradients don't seem to blend as well as they should.

The white on the blue isn't that readable, and the black is also a bit dark, maybe a dark dark blue instead of black would improve their look. Or maybe even keep the white and add a slight drop shadow. A slightly darker border would also match the slightly darker border on the textboxes.
Apart from the buttons, I really like.

i like lightening and color mix, this all together looks very good, and i like Fb etc icons, quad shape icons wouldn`t fit here
