After Donkey Kong sends K.rool packing, he checks on Dixie and Diddy to see if they're badly hurt. Diddy is able to come to his senses but he can't move his limbs very much due to the pain that he suffered from K.rool. Dixie is doing find but, she can't help but cry as she witnessed her boyfriend nearly die at the hands of K.rool.

Donkey Kong hugs both of them. He insures Dixie that if anything happens to her or Diddy again, he'll be there to save them.
