I designed this along with the help of Andruril93 (Andrew Desoto). I drew it and then he did the digital copy. I liked the name Rider Master, while Andrew like Monarch Mask.

STORY
Much like the Morphin Masters of the Power Rangers Universe, the Masked Rider universe has the Monarch Mask. Because Dex is of royal descent, the spirit of the Masked RIders and creator of most of the powers is him. He is known as Rider Master in Ventara, another dimension in the Riderverse. He says, "I go by many names."
