Just keep drawing everyday ( or near that amount xD ) and practice things you can't do, every attempt will help, even if you don't finish or if it fails.. A majority of my drawings never are finished/scanned.. xD
But if you work hard and try something new you'll get better, you may not notice it though, till you look at your older stuff.
