lmao I don't know. I love drawing hands damn it. xDThey're so fun and complicated. :'D
I messed up on the top hand where you can see a black blotch. xD
It's mostly of Zim's hands cause his were the easiest. xD
And I started with the one in the middle two that are colored fully.
I drew it all with only pen, never even used a single pencil. But it's kinda obvious that I didn't. Otherwise there would be hardly any messy lines. xD
If you want you can use it as a reference, I don't care really, as long as you keep that lil link there I'm totally ok with anyone wanting to print it out/use as a reference.
But I'm not an expert at hands so it may not be too useful. D:

Yeah they can be but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy, and using your own hand as a guide is also helpful, or ask somebody else to if it's your drawing hand. o3o
I just start with a box then sometimes I'll draw circles to show the ligaments of the hand, though for IZ there's no need for it most of the time.
You'll get the hang of it one day, it's pretty fun once you do, mostly because it's easy after that. xD

Ah you'll get used to them one day, I used to hate drawing them till I figured out a way to draw them. Then if started to be fun as I didn't have to get so frustrated with drawing them no more. <3

This'll come in handy! I've been drawing a lot of pointy hands in my work as of late.

Yeah they're not that hard once you get the hand of them I say draw a square for the base of the hand or as it's usually called the palm of your hand, and for the fingers just think of them all coming together like a triangle above the square. That's all it is really just the fingers are all spread out.

I tried it last night. Works bloody well. I used to draw circles for my hands.

Using squares help any hands really the more rounded ones are just rounded triangles, I rather draw with shapes that just draw it, or use sticks that show as joint so I know where the places bend. D8
But circles don't work unless you want circle shaped hands like very few cartoons I've seen have. But can't remember what ones. But I know it's been used somewhere. D8

Sure, drawing hands with three fingers is easy...but what about hands with five fingers? Why do you think so many cartoons have four fingers instead of five? lol
Man, drawing hands can be tricky. Still, anybody can get the hang of it with enough practice. Although it took me about five years or so to get the hang of it. lD
Now I have to practice how to draw people sideways...Oh fudge.
(By the way, I had to retype this comment lots of times before clicking, "add comment". My mouse is getting on my nerves lately, making me accidentally click the back button even if it wasn't my intention.)

Five hands aren't hard for me in fact I had trouble adjusting to 3 fingers, I didn't really notice it at first.
But I guess they're easy, hands are easy to me except hands like sideways where you see nothing but the side of the palm and just the outer fingers omt I HATE those, or anything near that. Especially when the thumb is hidden. xD
My brain often forgets which side the thumb is on. xD
All I used to do a long time ago is draw my hands.. I still do it actually. xD
I'm alright with people of the side, just drawing from below really gets me stuck, and now all of the sudden I forgot how to do above perspective, I used to alright with it, I guess that's what I get for not drawing it for awhile. D8
(Ek, I know the feeling of a bad mouse except mine was a mouse pad, that had a broken left key on it. I had to double tap the mouse pad instead of using the convenient left click button. xD
Sometimes I'd tap too little or too many times. xD)
