Just gunna give a bit of constructive crit; hope you don't mind.

This really is a well-concepted sketch; however, to be honest, you need quiet alot of work on your anatomy. The given anatomy makes the character appear rather old and, for lack of a better word, fat and disprotionate.
Lets start off with the breast.
When drawing breast, you should never space them apart, as you've done here. It gives a feel of saggineess and really kind of ruins the picture. Yes, there IS space between the breast and that amount varies with age and size; however, Purity/Becky is in here 20s and has a rather large bust. Try closing the gap between the breast.
The torso could also use some work. I've had trouble with torso's before, so I been there.
First off, its far too thick and has no shape to it whatsoever. Keep in mind that women, especially this character, are curvy
To fix this, make the body taper; on a female, the upper body is slimmer than the lower. (again, this varies with body types but I am specifically talking about curvy girls) try to make the hips sorta stand out a bit ore by thinning the waist and upper body.
Another thing on that note; at the given perspective, we should be able to see the curve of her spine. Like an "S"
Her arms and legs seem far too thin to support her body; keep in mind that, even in Sonic style, the legs are always proportionate in that they are long/thick enough to believable support the characters body.
Look at Amy and Rouge as an example. Amy is young and thin, and her legs are faily thin and long enough to accomadate the rest of her body. Creams legs are basically the same. Rouge, who is far curvier, and older, has fuller, thicker legs that have actual shape to them.
Try adding some volume to those legs, as well as the arm in the back.

Yeah kinda why I chose her since I have trouble with girl her age and body type. D:
No wonder the boobs looked odd.. hmm yeah I should move them closer.. yeah.. and bigger. o3o
( I did move the closer and made them bigger now they look much better. <3 )
I should look at the anatomy book I have again, my mind is like dead recently I could do it so well and now.. I dunno what happened but I can't do it no more.
Yeah the torso is something I'm still learning mostly men I'm so used to small fragile girls much like lavender.
Ok fixed that now <3 I kinda thought that she was a lil too thick. D:
Yeah one of her legs are supposed to be smaller because of the fact it is farther away so I can only make th other bigger but I made the other one half the size of the waist which should be the right proportion on a thickish though that her age would have perhaps.
One thing on the stomach when it dips in the other side sticks out so I'm trying to do that so that's why she's kinda thick on the left side of her body and her leg/hip is right there so it'd be best for her to have that there otherwise she does look too thin.
Yeah I didn't have any room for the rest of her body and so it made me made her legs a bit short by half an inch maybe. D| I'll probably figure a way to fix that soon. Probably gonna have to fix it digitally. :\ I need more traditional stuff gah.
This was a messy sketch and it does has volume but the sketch is very messy. D:
I fixed it up now though soon to scan it. But I think I made the hand too small wait no never mind any bigger it'd be Sonic style size..
I already know the rest it's just the anatomy I needed to know more. <333
