icetail - born sickly. most cats didnt think they'd make it past the first week. named first for their cold demeanor, secondly for their unusual markings that developed later in life (an odd case of vitiligo on a ginger tabby). polite, stern, and a harsh mentor. they won't take excuses from anyone.
KEEPING

martenblaze - either carefree or careless. they're charming until you realize they're practically just an unusually old child. martenblaze was promoted early (surely not a case of nepotism, although their father is the leader) and they tend to think of that as a bragging right, eager to remind others every chance they get. reckless and immature but they've got a spark of goodness to them.

magpieface - a hoarder of kittypet trinkets. true to their name, they're aggressive and territorial; a poor trait for a warrior, but it makes them a helpful asset on border patrols, and they know it. magpieface may be hostile at first, but they're quick to warm up to cats they view as "valuable". these cats may become their friend, if lucky. watch out though! they're gunning for the deputy position, and they'll push anyone, even friends and family, out of their way for it.

privetwhisker - the black sheep in their family, but not for the reason you'd expect. born to a family of roughhousing rogues, privetwhisker is as far from violent as possible. if any warrior could be a true pacifist, they would be the first. a bit shy, and very friendly to strangers. they're hanging around the healers' den constantly.

mottledfeather - the best hunter in the clan. also, they have no qualms about dirt on their pelt. they blend into the background of fall forests so easily, mice could never see them coming. maybe they don't want to be known as just "the best hunter", though. mottledfeather loves collecting anything related to birds, finding the idea of flying to be utterly fascinating. they're well-rounded, sweet and sensitive but no stranger to a fight, and any cat would be lucky to be their friend.

sunmask - everybody knows them. the main character, the challenger, the one destined to fix things from the beginning. so they say, at least according to them. cocky and confident, sunmask carries a bright smile everyday as soon as they wake up. they may be the most positive cat you've ever met (to the point it might even seem stupid). they're easygoing and cheerful, but no slacker. sunmask is energetic, always full of energy and willing to do whatever it takes to make that day a great one.
